Bishop Richard Williamson, 82, a former member of PiusX writes in his January 6 newsletter that he consecrated in January 2021 Italian Father Giacomo Ballini as a bishop for his Fraternity of the Apostles of Jesus and Mary (SAJM). SAJM is the original name of PiusX. The ceremony marks the fourth time that Williamson consecrated a bishop since his expulsion from PiusX (2012).
