Im Freiburger Münster entsteht erstmals eine großformatige zeitgenössische Kunstinstallation aus Fadengewebe von Elke Maier, die sich bis Pfingsten vom Chorraum durch den gesamten Kirchenraum ausbreitet; das Projektbudget beträgt rund 43.000 Euro.

Anglican Lay-Archbishopessa Blesses at Tomb of St Peter: Today, Sarah Mullally, who holds the title of Anglican Archbishop of Westminster, visited St Peter’s basilica. She prayed at the tomb of St Peter together with Archbishop Flavio Pace, 48, Secretary of the Dicastery for Promoting Christian unity and blessed those present. Archbishop Pace crossed himself.
