The devil attacks those who spread Christian truth, “corrupts the shepherds” of the Church and seeks particularly to destroy the family, Cardinal Raymond Leo Burke told Shawn Ryan in his September 8 podcast. Ryan is a former Navy SEAL and CIA contractor. He grew up Catholic but never “took Church seriously”. When he left home, he lost faith. In 2025, he called himself a Christian believer. In April 2026, he said, “I consider myself Catholic, but I bounce back and forth between that and non-denominational.” In the interview with Burke, he said that he had undergone four exorcisms with two different priests after what he described as encounters with demonic entities. He also mentioned a psychedelic experience that he believed had shown him hell. Ryan described sensationalist disturbances that continued after the exorcisms, including picture frames coming off the walls, unexplained bodily “manifestations” and every smoke alarm and detector in his house repeatedly going off at around 12:45…barrachd
09.09.2026 MISSIONARIES OF CHARITY IN ROME LABELLED ‘DOMESTIC TERRORIST’? : BIBLE, VC2 AND CATECHISM OF POPE JOHN PAUL II ‘POLITICALLY DANGEROUS’. Yesterday (Sept 8) I formally asked the religious community Missionaries of Charity Contemplative Brothers of Mother Teresa, Rome, if I could join them as a religious brother. I am ready to be consecrated and take vows. I wrote to Fr. Ramon Lustiner m.c, the Father General of the community. He is in Rome these days. I had been living in a dormitory of their Home for the Aged, Casa Serena. I participated in their daily prayers, at the mother house. My Eucharistic Adoration time was 8 a.m to 10 a.m and then 7 p.m to 8 p.m before the night prayers. But to accept me as a member of their religious community, to live with them as a brother, Fr. Ramon needs the permission of the secular police in Rome. Since, I affirm the Catholic teaching outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation from Hell according to the Bible ( John 3:5, Mark 16:16), …barrachd
The Second Pastoral Synod of the Archdiocese of Kraków degenerates into a 'rainbow event'. It opened in March 2026 under the leadership of Cardinal Grzegorz Ryś, and the first 56-page report was produced on 19 June. A Synodal Day of Recollection has been scheduled for 10 October 2026, and the next plenary session is planned for 12–13 February 2027. Cardinal Ryś was already known for his pro-homosexual tendencies when Leo XIV promoted him Archbishop of Kraków in November 2025. At the plenary session of the Kraków Synod in June 2026, Cardinal Ryś addressed the issue of homosexuality directly: 'Sexual orientation does not exclude anyone from the Church.' The 56-page synodal report summarises proposals emerging from local consultations. On page 34, under the heading 'Radical change of language towards LGBT+', the report calls for 'safe pastoral havens'. It demands an end to portraying practicing homosexuals as a threat and calls for 'open, honest dialogue with contemporary knowledge about …barrachd
@Boanerges Boanerges Why blame Leo? These Priests already promote it. They are not forced to do a thing they don't want to do. It's up to each Priest if they want to remain faithful to the True Faith. Or walk the road to perdition. The SSPX rather be excommunicated than to be disloyal to GOD. Or promote sin. All the Priests, Bishops, Cardinals etc all have the same choice. Either you love GOD and wish to obey Him. Or you don't. And our job is to pray for their souls. To pray they will wake up before it's too late.
The flourishing Cistercian abbey of Heiligenkreuz and their Benedict XVI College (Hochschule) aren't traditional (TLM) but still way too conservative for the Vatican not to wreck them. Rector Wolfgang Klausnitzer for example is an outsider. He popped up after the apostolic visitation of the College. The sinodal obliteration must proceed.. Wird das blühende Stift Heiligenkreuz …
Completed in May 2026, the restoration of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in O’Neill, Nebraska, revived its historic artistic character. Like many churches, its interior was disfigured in the mid-20th century, including the loss of its original apsidal fresco and installation of a monumental crucifix with a faux stained-glass-style backdrop. Conrad Schmitt Studios renewed the interior with stenciling, gold leaf, faux-marbled columns, and a new apsidal mural depicting the Ascension. The project also returned the high altar to prominence.

Today, the Vatican released the final report of Synodal Study Group 6, which deals with relations between bishops, religious and consecrated life, and lay ecclesial associations. Under a proposal to “establish more synodal structures,” the report calls for “equitable and participatory representation” of consecrated persons and laity “at all decision-making levels” - and: “as full members and not merely as consultants, in diocesan, national, and international commissions, as well as in Vatican dicasteries.” At the diocesan level “it is necessary to allow for broader participation of consecrated persons in the decision-making processes of the local Church.” Women Religious in the Selection of Bishops The report proposes to: “allow women religious to participate in the process of electing bishops responsible for consecrated life at the national and diocesan levels”. It also proposes their participation in the election of chaplains for religious communities. “Gender Equality” in the Workplace …barrachd
Freedom from stone walls and iron bars brings no freedom from a prison of the mind. Pornchai Moontri now faces a tempest within and I still walk with him from afar.
Today, the Vatican announced that Leo XIV approved Archbishop Andrea Ding Yang, 44, of Chongqing, China, on 28 July and that he was consecrated a bishop today. Andrea Ding Yang, born in Chongqing in 1981, was ordained a priest in 2007 after studying at the Beijing state seminary. He was chosen unilateral by the Chinese state religion on 15 April. ChinaCatholic.cn states that he “was elected bishop-designate” on that date. Beijing’s Apparatchik He served as a formator at the National Seminary in Beijing from 2012–14, and was allowed to study at the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross in Rome in 2014–15 (Opus Dei). What the biography on Vatican.va omits: Ding was deputy secretary-general of the state-recognized Chinese Bishops' Conference and vice-chairman of Chongqing's state-recognized Church. He had also been elected to the Standing Committee of the Chinese 'Patriotic Association' in 2022. Ding was selected as one of the mainland Chinese representatives invited to the 2023 Synod on …barrachd

[Saint Bonaventure – XIII Century AD: born: Civita di Bagnoregio, Papal States/died: Lyon, Kingdom of Burgundy-Arles; (aged 52-53); Cardinal, Bishop, Doctor of the Church, Seraphic Doctor, Teacher of the Faith, Writer, Philosopher] CHAPTER IV -- THE NAME OF THE BLESSED MARY IS FREE FROM ALL VICE AND RESPLENDENT WITH EVERY VIRTUE Hail Mary. This most sweet and affectionate name, so full of grace and so noble, so glorious and so worthy, excellently befits Our Lady. For most fittingly is so loving a virgin named Mary. For she is Mary, in whom there is no vice, and who is glorious with every virtue. She is Mary, who was entirely immune from the seven capital sins. She was most humble in opposition to pride; most loving by charity in opposition to envy; most meek against anger by her gentleness; indefatigable by her diligence against sloth; Mary by her poverty was detached against avarice; against gluttony she was most sober by her temperance; against lust she was most chaste by her virginity …barrachd
"Whereas, in Penance, the offense is atoned according to the will of the sinner, and the judgment of God against Whom the sin was committed, because in the latter case we seek not only the restoration of the equality of justice, as in vindictive justice, but also and still more the reconciliation of friendship, which is accomplished by the offender making atonement according to the will of the person offended. Accordingly the first requisite on the part of the penitent is the will to atone, and this is done by contrition; the second is that he submit to the judgment of the priest standing in God's place, and this is done in confession; and the third is that he atone according to the decision of God's minister, and this is done in satisfaction: and so contrition, confession, and satisfaction are assigned as parts of Penance." — St. Thomas Aquinas
Title: The Syro-Phoenician woman's faith The persevering faith of the Syro‑Phoenician woman inspires my own life and strengthens my faith in God. She came to Jesus seeking HIS blessing, pleading for the cure of her afflicted daughter. And I too plead with Jesus for mercy upon my afflicted mother— a cancer patient for the second time. Together, my mother and I persevere in our faith, waiting upon HIS saving help. Though she endures painful, physically exhausting chemotherapy each month, yet she perseveres, keeping her faith and hope strong in God. Her steadfastness is a living witness to the strength that comes from trusting Jesus. #God#Christianlife
