The Polish Golgotha in Wołyń

Over 1,500 Polish settlements in Volhynia were completely destroyed. Between 1943 and 1946, Ukrainian nationalists murdered up to approximately 100,000 Poles in Volhynia, Eastern Lesser Poland, and the Lublin region. They perished in nearly 4,000 localities. To this day, the majority of the victims have not received exhumation, individual commemoration, or a Christian burial. Their remains still lie in unmarked graves, killing pits, forests, fields, and the sites of villages that no longer exist.
Historian Dr. Leon Popek described the tragedy of the Polish inhabitants of Volhynia and Eastern Lesser Poland—as well as the dramatic struggle to preserve the memory of the victims—in an article titled "Memory of Volhynia and Eastern Lesser Poland," published in *Biuletyn IPN* (IPN Bulletin) No. 4/2017. The researcher not only highlighted the scale of the genocide perpetrated by the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists and the Ukrainian Insurgent Army but also outlined the fate of the locations …More

‘The Complete Visions of Blessed Anne Catherine Emmerich’ ~ ‘The bitter passion of our Lord Jesus Christ’ ~ MEDITATION VIII; ‘Institution of the Holy Eucharist..’; part II

[Blessed Anne Catherine Emmerich; XVIII-XIX Century; born: 8 September 1774 Flamschen, Coesfeld, Prince-Bishopric of Münster, Holy Roman Empire/ died: 9 February 1824 (aged 49), Dülmen, Kingdom of Prussia, German Confederation; mystic, Marian visionary and stigmatist; Roman Catholic Augustinian canoness]
Again he prayed and taught; his words came forth from his lips like fire and light, and entered into each of the Apostles, with the exception of Judas. He took the paten with the pieces of bread (I do not know whether he had placed it on the chalice) and said: ‘Take and eat; this is my Body which is given for you.’ He stretched forth his right hand as if to bless, and, whilst he did so, a brilliant light came from him, his words were luminous, the bread entered the mouths of the Apostles as a brilliant substance, and light seemed to penetrate and surround them all, Judas alone remaining dark. Jesus presented the bread first to Peter, next to John and then he made a sign to Judas to …More

Lombardy's Bishops on Their Phones: All ten bishops of Lombardy gathered from July 5–10 at the Hermitage of Montecastello in Tignale del Garda for their annual Spiritual Exercises, led by Bishop Massimiliano Palinuro, Apostolic Administrator of Istanbul. They met "for prayer, reflection, and fraternity." The photo showing the bishops all looking down at their phones could be reading the Breviary.

For Nietzsche, an atheist, suffering really has no meaning. How can it? He famously said, "God is dead". After he died, someone commented: God; Nietzsche is dead.

Cardinal López "Prepared to Lose His Rank" - Priest Cousin

Rev. Alfons Gea, a Catalan priest and cousin of Cardinal Cristóbal López Romero, has appeared to confirm the sexual nature of allegations against the 74-year-old Archbishop of Rabat, Morocco.
Cardinal López, a Spanish-born Salesian, is a prominent supporter of Pope Francis’s agenda, was appointed Archbishop of Rabat in 2017 and a cardinal in 2019.
On Monday, he announced that he would temporarily withdraw from public celebrations and pastoral ministry while the Vatican conducts a preliminary investigation into allegations involving at least five adult women. He has admitted to “inappropriate behaviour” but denies committing sexual assault, violence, or harassment.
ElPaís.com has described the allegations as sexual abuse, rather than merely inappropriate hugs or gestures.
Writing for Exaudi.org, Rev. Gea said his cousin had already begun privately accepting the possible consequences: “The image of a papabile, a figure who enjoyed such widespread affection, has come crashing down." And: …More

In 1151 Richardis ofStade was appointed abbess of Bassum, in the diocese Of Bremen, where her brother was Archbishop. First Canadian Town Grants Trees a 'Right to Life': On 9 June, the town of Terrasse-Vaudreuil in Quebec, home to around 2,000 people, became the first place in Canada to adopt a resolution enshrining the 'rights' of trees. The resolution includes rights such as the right to life, natural growth, integrity and regeneration. Mayor Michel Bourdeau said the initiative was inspired by filmmaker André Desrochers and his film 'Des arbres et des arts'. Meanwhile, around 30,000 human beings are aborted in Quebec each year, and more than 100,000 in Canada as a whole. Since its legalisation in 2016, more than 100,000 Canadians have died through euthanasia (MAID).

Quebec town goes off the deep end: recognizes trees have the right to life

The Quebec town of Terrasse-Vaudreuil has become the first place in Canada to sign the Universal Declaration of the Rights of the Tree. No, this is not Ripley's believe it or not. The town's bylaws now recognize that trees have the right to life. Trees must be protected and replaced. This is what happens when people no longer believe in God, they will believe in everything and do anything, from UFOs, to climate change and that trees have the right to life. A motion was passed by the city council on June 9, for the protection of trees "including the right to life, to natural growth, to integrity and to regeneration." The Mayor Michel Bourdeau says the council took action because André Desrochers film, called Des arbes et des arts, in English, Trees and Arts, made them aware that "A tree is like a human being. It breathes, it lives, it takes in water. It protects us from all sorts of things." We only wonder if the council could say that same thing about some 30,000 unborn babies that …

🌈 Bishops Attack FSSPX - "Invalid Sacraments", "Abuse of Eucharist"

Many bishops in the USA (and elsewhere) forbid Catholics from attending Mass in chapels belonging to the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X, yet they welcome schismatics and homosexuals. Three examples:
Arlington Bishop: FSSPX Sacraments Are "Invalid"
Bishop Michael Burbidge of Arlington, Virginia, instructed Catholics to “avoid participating in the activities of the FSSPX.”
In a letter dated 8 July, he wrote that "any celebrations of the sacraments of confession and matrimony by the FSSPX are invalid, and the administration of other sacraments is illicit".
In September 2025, Bishop Burbidge said that his meeting with the Greek Orthodox Patriarch Bartholomew was “incredible,” and marked a “historic moment of Christian unity”.
Covington Bishop: FSSPX Mass Is "Abuse of Eucharist"
Bishop John Iffert of Covington, Kentucky, said in a recent statement that the sacraments from the FSSPX are “illicit”:
“The Masses these priests celebrate are an abuse of the Eucharist, insofar as they make the …More

Market Analyst Tom Luongo says Trump isn't fighting Iran to control the Strait of Hormuz; he's using the Strait to break Europe's ability to finance the Ukraine war. Most people see Iran and Ukraine as two separate conflicts, but Tom thinks they're the same war being fought on different fronts. His argument is that oil is the collateral that underpins the modern economy. The more expensive and uncertain energy becomes, the harder it is for European governments to borrow cheaply, keep their industries competitive, and continue funding Ukraine at the current pace.
That's why he thinks the Strait of Hormuz matters so much, because whoever controls the world's most important energy chokepoint also influences the financial foundations that wars are fought on. Trump can't simply announce the end of the Ukraine war, even if he wants to, because too many powerful interests are invested in keeping the conflict going.
So instead of attacking the war directly, Tom believes …More

Who is this man? He is not telling the truth. Nothing unusual. It's trump and his administration that admitted their talks with Putin were worthless. The rat rubio admitted. we are not intermediators. Then he finally admitted, we are on the side of Ukraine. Who hasn't been able to see that? How can people forget that at least twice after zelensky left trump he bombed inside of Russia? Or the last time when they tried to assassinate Putin? They failed and trump was angry. So within months they tried again. They can't kill the man. And they tried a coup many times. Now they are all planning to start a huge one in Russia! The enemy is within Russia. And it's the US and UK and others. They will fail at that another coup anyhow. No matter how big it is. But they are too evil and full of pride to see it. These people make me sick.
Funny how he is saying the exact opposite of what dozens of experts have said.
They fail because trump keeps bombing them in the middle and after talks. And He is …More

New Jersey diocese suppresses Traditional Latin Mass

Another US Diocesan Roman Mass Supressed

Bishop Joseph Williams of Camden, New Jersey, has suppressed the Mass in the Roman rite at St. Gianna Beretta Molla Parish in Northfield.
The final Roman Mass was celebrated on June 28.
The excuse used to end the Mass was the retirement of Father Anthony J. Manuppella.
The priest who has taken over as an administrator knows how to say the Roman rite, but lacks permission to celebrate. Instead, he offers a Sunday noon Novus Ordo in Latin, celebrated ad orientem.
According to parishioners and blog posts, Bishop Williams did not renew the permission required for the Mass to continue.
Below is an English user comment from a parishioner published on Wdtprs.com: "The Bishop has rejected all pleas for mercy and charity from our retiring pastor, our dedicated altar servers, and congregation to allow our Traditional Latin Mass to continue".
