Today, the Vatican’s Secretariat of the Synod released another document, 18 pages long, outlining the implementation phase of the Vatican’s synod. It follows a May 18 meeting between Cardinal Mario Grech, the secretary general of the Synod, and Pope Leo XIV. The text claims that synodality is “a constitutive dimension of the Church” (Page 9). It says that the final reports of the synod study groups “should be received and integrated” into the ongoing discernment process.
